Minik Ping Pong · Privacy policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

Apps By Bros provides Minik Ping Pong. This policy describes the Android app and these product webpages. For privacy questions, contact appsbybros.dev@gmail.com. The app’s Google Play package is com.appsbybros.minik.pingpong.modern. Other Minik apps have their own policies.

2. Information on your device

The app keeps language and control preferences, a selected nickname and avatar, local game records, saved game references, notices already seen, and advertising and purchase preferences on your device. A generated installation identifier is used for applicable purchase or code validation. An age-group choice used for advertising is stored locally; the app does not ask for a birth date. The advertising SDK receives the treatment settings derived from that choice, rather than a date of birth.

3. Private online games and tournaments

Firebase Authentication creates a technical, anonymous user identifier. “Anonymous” means you do not provide a real name, email or password to sign in; the identifier can still distinguish your installation and link its game records. Firebase Realtime Database stores your generated nickname, chosen avatar or character, nickname reservations, game codes, participants, connection and Ready status, match schedules, standings, scores, results, activity times and live game state needed to synchronize and resume play. Other participants can see the identity and game information shared within their session. Anyone you give a code to may be able to join while joining is allowed, so share codes carefully. This version has no chat, photo upload or public leaderboard. Firebase also processes technical connection information, including IP addresses and app/SDK information, to operate and protect its services.

4. Advertising and privacy choices

Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob for full-screen ads at breaks between activities or matches. The app requests non-personalized ads and limits ad content to Google’s G rating. Under-18 and unknown-age choices receive child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment; an adult choice uses the adult consent flow. Non-personalized does not mean no data is processed: Google can process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics and app/device identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The app removes Android Advertising ID permissions; child-treated requests are also configured to suppress transmission of that identifier. Other technical identifiers may still be used. Google’s consent tools manage applicable choices. Where Google makes a privacy-options entry available, you can revisit it in the app’s parent/adult section. Removing ads stops future ad display; it does not remove records already processed by providers.

5. Purchases and access codes

Google Play processes Remove Ads purchases and payment information. We do not receive your full card number. The app checks purchase ownership and keeps entitlement status so it can enable or restore the purchased feature. Where our verification service is enabled, the app sends the app/product identifier, generated installation identifier and either a purchase token or the code entered to our service over HTTPS. The service checks the entitlement, associates purchase/code records with a derived installation identifier, and returns a signed receipt. It uses derived network/installation counters to limit abuse. Hosting providers can process request and security logs. This service does not receive your math answers or live ball movements. Unavailable or unconfigured features do not send verification requests.

6. Why information is used and who receives it

Information is used to provide the app, remember choices, synchronize games, protect game ownership, deliver and measure ads, verify purchases and codes, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Google services and, where applicable, our hosting and verification providers process information needed for those functions. We do not sell player profiles, learning progress or game records. Ad providers process ad-related technical data under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to address fraud, security or the rights of others. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.

7. Children and families

The game can be used by children and adults. Online play uses curated nicknames and avatars rather than requiring real-name profiles. Parents should supervise code sharing and online play. Purchase and code controls are placed behind a grown-up gate. That gate is a practical barrier, not proof of parental identity or consent. Parents and guardians can contact us about their child’s information, including access or deletion. Do not include unnecessary information about a child in a support message.

8. Storage and retention

Local records stay until they are changed, reset through available controls, or removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Device or Google backup settings may preserve or restore some local information. Connected clients can remove unoccupied games and tournaments after 14 days without activity, together with associated live-match data. This cleanup runs when clients connect; it is not guaranteed to happen exactly on day 14. It does not automatically remove profiles, nickname reservations, every associated account record or provider logs. Server-side entitlement, code, security and support records are kept while needed to provide or restore the feature, prevent abuse, resolve a request or meet applicable obligations. They do not all have the same automatic expiry. Provider-managed records, such as Google Play transaction records, follow the provider’s retention rules. You can ask us about the records associated with your use and request deletion below.

9. Your choices and deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion, email appsbybros.dev@gmail.com and name the app. If available, include your generated nickname and a relevant game or tournament code to help locate the records. Closing a game or leaving a tournament is not the same as deleting your entire anonymous profile. We may ask for limited additional details to locate a record and verify that you are entitled to make the request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or purchase tokens. Clearing local storage does not itself delete online records and may make an anonymous profile harder to identify. We assess requests under applicable law; some information may need to be retained for security, valid transactions or legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy of information or complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.

10. Security and international processing

The app uses encrypted connections for its service requests and access controls for applicable online records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or other safeguards apply. Depending on the feature and applicable law, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate operational and security interests, consent where required, or legal obligations. Children’s protections and consent requirements are applied as required by the relevant law.

11. This website

These pages use browser session storage only to remember the starting language and your language choice within the tab. The supplied pages do not load advertising scripts, analytics trackers or embedded third-party videos. Images and scripts are served with the site. Our hosting provider receives normal web-request information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the website. Clicking a Google Play or provider-policy link opens that provider’s website, where its own policy applies. The site’s small arithmetic demonstrations run in your browser and do not send answers to us.

12. Provider information and policy updates

You can read Google’s Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads data information and Firebase privacy information. We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The update date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions or requests: appsbybros.dev@gmail.com.
